Where do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide from the UK. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be incurred for orders outside of the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- UK: 2-3 working days (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
- Europe: 5-7 working days
- USA & Canada: 7-10 working days
- Rest of World: 7-14 working days
These are estimated times and are not guaranteed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you are not home, your postal carrier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or pick up your parcel from a local depot. Please follow the instructions on the card.
My order says delivered but I don’t have it. What should I do?
First, please check any safe places around your property and with neighbours. If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us immediately via the contact form on [shopalternativewear.com] and we will investigate with the delivery carrier on your behalf.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
We can only dispatch your order to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure your details are correct before completing your order. If you need to make a change, please contact us via [shopalternativewear.com] as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.
Do you offer express delivery?
We currently do not offer an express delivery service. All orders are processed within our standard dispatch times.
